• Scenario input data — descriptions, source text, vocabulary lists you provide for generation.
• Generation results — the AI-generated scenario packs.
• Payment information — processed by Stripe; we do not store card details.
• Usage data — token consumption and generation metrics for service monitoring.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To generate and deliver your scenario packs.
• To process payments and maintain order history.
• To send you your generated files via email when requested.
• To monitor service health and prevent abuse.

3. AI Training — We Do Not Train on Your Data

Your submitted content (source text, vocabulary, scenario descriptions) is never used for AI model training. Your data is used solely to generate your requested scenario packs and is not shared with third parties for training purposes.

4. Data Retention

• Unpaid content: Source text (source_text) and generated files for unpaid generations are automatically deleted after 7 days.
• Paid content: Generation records and files for paid orders are retained permanently for re-download access.
• Account data: Email and account information are retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication (magic link, no passwords stored), and role-based access control for our database. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe.

6. Third-Party Services

• Anthropic (Claude API) — AI generation. Subject to Anthropic's usage policies.
• Supabase — Database and authentication hosting.
• Stripe — Payment processing.
• Resend — Email delivery.
• Vercel — Website hosting.

7. GDPR (European Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also request data portability or object to processing. Contact us at privacy@missionjp.com to exercise these rights.

8. APPI (Japanese Users)

In compliance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (個人情報保護法), we handle your personal information with appropriate care. We will not provide your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. You may request disclosure, correction, or deletion of your personal information.
