1. Service Description

MissionJP (“the Service”) provides AI-generated Japanese language scenario packs for personal learning purposes. Scenario packs are generated using AI models and downloaded as .missionjp files for use with the MissionJP mobile app.

2. Usage Terms

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• Generated content is for personal learning only and may not be redistributed commercially.
• You are responsible for the content you submit (scenario descriptions, source text, vocabulary).
• Do not submit confidential business documents or sensitive personal information.

3. Content Accuracy Disclaimer

Generated Japanese content (dialogue, vocabulary, furigana readings) is produced by AI and may contain errors. While we use verification systems to check accuracy, we do not guarantee that all generated content is linguistically correct. The Service is intended as a supplementary learning tool, not a substitute for professional language instruction.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Your first scenario pack is free — no account required.
• Subsequent packs are priced at ¥500 per pack.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of AI-generated digital content, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If the generated content is significantly defective (e.g., fails to load in the app, contains no usable content), please contact us within 7 days of purchase for a review.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any source text or vocabulary you submit. Generated scenario packs are licensed to you for personal use. The MissionJP brand, website, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Generation may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or high demand periods.
